FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL postage is NOT TRACKABLE across borders and packages are not able to be located once they leave the US by us or the US post office. Due to the number of late packages that have been occurring overseas, I PREFER priority and express international shipping. If you want your package shipped via FIRST CLASS, you must hold the responsibility for the package if it is late or held in customs. I am honest and take great pride in my items and customer service. After 100's of transactions and years on etsy, why would I decide to not deliver a package now?

Any customs rules, laws, fees, or duties associated with receiving an item are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item pricing or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these additional costs, prior to buying.

Due to law, we must mark international packages as merchandise and at the price paid. Please do not ask to mark packages as "GIFT".

PLEASE BE PATIENT~Sometimes packages get held up in customs and take longer than the delivery time that is expected. In my experience some international deliveries can take up to 4-6 weeks, especially during the holiday season. If your delivery needs to be quick, reliable, and insurable, YOU MUST CHOOSE PRIORITY or EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL shipping. From my experience, buyers from Spain, Italy, Australia, South America, and the NETHERLANDS should allow a bit more time for delivery.
