Hello! My name is Tracy and I'm a breast cancer warrior. I was diagnosed in 2008 at only 29 years old. I had no real family history and lived a pretty decent lifestyle health-wise (with the appropriate amount of fun & debauchery sprinkled in) to say that I was shocked is putting it mildly! I had recently finished weaning our one year old daughter, so I was thinking that it had to be a clogged milk duct. Cancer was not on the all.

Unfortunately it was breast cancer. I did the normal bit of torture expected to beat this thing: bilateral mastectomy and extremely aggressive chemo. It came back just over a year later in the form nefarious node that grew to be the size of racket ball. After all of the surgery, radiation and chemo this time....I was OVER IT! Unfortunately my grandmother got diagnosed with lymphoma about this time.

She loved the breast cancer encouragement pieces that I was making for myself to help me get through and I wanted to make something for her. Finding materials to make my grandmother something to represent her fight was difficult. I didn't care for that. What I could find, I had to buy in bulk. If was a lengthy and very expensive process, but when she got to wear something to chemo that was specifically made to acknowledge her fight, it gave her a little extra something. A tiny boost. Tiny boosts mean the world when you're this sick.

Then I recurred again, this time my cancer has metastasized to the lung. More chemo. More surgery. I developed many chronic conditions as a result of my treatments and I feel very lucky to be here. Digestive issues and chronic pain, frequent scans and anxiety...all of these health issues effect me. Wearing or carrying an encouragement piece makes me feel better. EVERYONE of us should be able to find a small token of our it cancer, invisible, chronic illness, chronic pain, spoonie life, sober living, autism, down syndrome and everything in between...ROCK YOUR CAUSE!

Returns and exchange details
I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. I can be contacted through Etsy convo for any questions or concerns. I accept returns on your unused item within 7 days of receipt. I will gladly do an exchange or a refund for the purchase price minus the shipping cost.
I accept PayPal, credit cards and Etsy gift cards.

*US - US orders are shipped via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation, and will typically go out within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment.
*INTERNATIONAL - I use First Class Small Package. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations and are payable by the buyer.
Additional policies and FAQs
Unfortunately there is an occasional postal "hiccup". While I am 100% sympathetic, I'm not responsible for postal delays. I will not issue a refund, in part or in full due to an item not arriving by a certain date. Any items stolen from mailbox or lost by recipient are NOT the responsibility of the seller. Items marked as "delivered" will be considered delivered & will not be refunded or replaced. Any items actually lost by the postal service will however be investigated by seller.

Due to an overwhelming amount of incorrectly addressed orders lately:
If your package is returned to me:
1.) I will NOT remake & resend to expedite the process
2.) once the package arrives back to me- then I will resend.
3.) If it's returned due to an incorrect address- buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee- I will send you a listing link to cover the fees to reship. It will not be resent until this fee is paid.
4.) Please check your address on file with Etsy- this is the address that gets printed on the shipping label.

Orders will only be shipped to the address listed with Etsy. If you're wanting it sent directly to a gift recipient- please edit the ship to address before placing the order. Here is how you change the address:
Account > Settings > Shipping Addresses

I will NOT edit the shipping address. If an order is placed with the wrong shipping info- I will cancel the order so you can re-place it with the correct address. This avoids any mistakes or confusion on my side of things. It also protects both you & I should anything happen during shipping.

Shipping transit times:
Domestic U.S orders generally take 2-5 days to arrive. International orders can take up to a month or more to arrive. International buyers assume all customs fees, taxes, etc.

International Customers - any customs fees, duty taxes,VAT (Value Added Tax), etc. are your- the buyer's responsibility- and are paid by you to your customs department. I have nothing to do with these fees, it is solely based on your Country and Customs. I mark all my packages as merchandise and put the invoiced value on them- I will not mark packages as "gift" or alter the purchase value to help you avoid these fees.
-•• UK customers - the import threshold is low for your country and they do regularly charge this fee on packages.
