    Welcome to Rockabella Crafts! I hope you like what you see, everything in my shop is handmade to a high standard, which is continued in my customer service. I am happy to take custom orders and communicate with you during every step of the process so you have as much input in your custom creation as possible! I also create ready made items so there is always something on the needles, hook or sewing machine!

    I love to use splashes of colour and always on the look out for new inspiration, wherever I go. I use locally sourced materials, where possible, for my creations and love to support my local independent retailers, building relationships with them within the community, it really is a treat to walk into one of the shops and be instantly recognised, by name, by the owner, something you may not get in a high street shop!

I shall endeavour to answer as soon as possible, this may most likely be in the evenings when the working day is done and I can settle down with a nice cuppa and read through your messages without the daily background hustle and bustle.

    In the event that you wish to return your items, please contact me within 5 days of your item being received, each case will be dealt with independently.

    Personalised items are not eligible for refund.

    I ask for a non-refundable 10% deposit on custom creations! This not only secures a custom slot but helps with the purchasing of materials for your item. I will communicate with you throughout the process, from sizing to colour choices to finishing touches, to ensure you have as much input into your custom creation as possible. Because I communicate with you at each stage, this ensures changes being made later on in the process can be avoided which helps keep the quality of finished products to a high standard.

    Cancellations on custom makes can be cancelled at any time, unless they can personalised, in this instance, cancellation must be made as soon as possible before any personalisation has been added to your item.
    Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days.

    Royal Mail will be used with the choice of Recorded Delivery, First Class or Second Class postage. Courier may be used for large packages.

    Proof of postage is always obtained.

    Postage costs may be higher for delivery outside the UK.

    You will be notified when your item has been sent.
