PRODUCT QUALITY: RockerJewlz jewelry designs supports SRA, (self-representing artists) from around the world who create their lampwork glass beads by hand in their home studio. Each of these beads is one of a kind (OOAK)
Only properly annealed beads are found in my shop which means after a bead is made with a hot torch, it is very slowly cooled over at least 9 hours which hardens and strengthens the glass.
RockerJewlz does not use mass produced or machined lampwork beads. Only top notch materials are used here. You can thoroughly enjoy the fact that your jewelry will always be one of a kind, even if the pattern is similar to another piece, because each bead is hand made and can therefore never be an exact reproduction.

If an item is not as you thought it would be, please contact me and I will initiate the return process. The product needs to be returned with the same level of packaging protection as it was received and within 7 days from the date I mailed it to you which can be found on your purchase page on Etsy.
I want you to be happy whether you keep the product or not.

Payment by Paypal: I aim to ship your item within 3 days AFTER your Paypal payment is confirmed. Shipping cost includes weight of the items sold and the necessary packaging materials.
I am located in California, so most in-state shipping is pretty quick for first class. (not guaranteed, but usually 3-5 BUSINESS days).
