Frequently asked questions
Can I return an item?
If an item you received is misprinted, damaged, or defective, feel free to send it back for a full refund or replacement to you as soon as the defect has been verified. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping.
I do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, or size exchanges.
In any case, please feel free to reach out to me with any concerns!
Why?
My fulfillment partner will print each item individually when the order is placed. I do not actively maintain stock of each item, and they are created as-needed. If the item were returned to me, I would not be able to return it to the stock to be resold, and it would ultimately be discarded at my expense.
What if I've entered the wrong shipping address?
If the product gets sent to the wrong address our shipping services should return it back to my fulfillment partner. When the product gets returned I can reissue to have it sent back out to the correct address at no additional expense to you.
Unfortunately I will not be able to offer a refund for an incorrect address, but I will do everything I can to get you the product and correct the address using the process outlined above.
