For purchases within the US, we accept payment via PayPal & US money orders. For purchases outside the US, we accept PayPal only. We are unable to accept personal checks. Once payment is received, we'll ship the item out. We will also send you a message telling you its on its way.

For Washington State residents, please contact us directly so that proper sales tax may be applied.
Within the US, we offer free USPS First Class shipping with Delivery Confirmation on many items (items not eligible for free shipping will show the shipping cost in the item listing). For larger or heavier items, we usually ship via UPS Ground.

For international orders, we generally use USPS Global Priority Mail. If international shipping is required, please contact us directly so that shipping charges may be correctly applied to your order. We ship the item out within two business days of receipt of payment.

For express shipments, special shipping instructions, combining purchases, or any other shipping matter not covered here, please contact us directly about your needs and Rockie Patch will work hard to accommodate you.
Refunds and Exchanges
Rockie Patch does not accept returns. All items are accurately and honestly described. Our selection of goods is handmade, hand embellished, vintage and/or gently-used and may have imperfections (which would have been mentioned in the item description.) We encourage you to ask questions before purchasing. We'll gladly answer as quickly as possible. If there is a major flaw with the item that we forgot to mention, we respectfully ask that you please contact us before leaving feedback. Thank you!
