I started Rockin' Colt to create a line of sleeping pillows for babies. I love making new moms lives a little bit easier!

Hi! My name is Jackie Druzanovic. I know...What a mouthful! My husband is from Europe. I started my shop after creating my Cradle Me pillows for my son after he was first born. It was a product that helped my son sleep at night and feel comforted, so in turn I could sleep soundly. Every mother knows how important that is, especially in the early months of motherhood!

Let me share how this whole thing got started. As many moms can relate, I wanted to hold my new baby as much as possible. I spent every second I could with him in my arms. This created a problem for me later on when he didn't want me to ever set him down; even while he was sleeping. After he would doze off I would try and set him in his crib. He would roll over in a big empty crib and wake up crying. He didn't feel secure and comforted like he did in my arms. So I thought if I could create a product that could mimic my arm cradling him, then maybe he wouldn't wake up at night. This is when the Cradle Me pillow was born! And guess what? It worked!! My son would roll over in the night and feel the comfy raised edges around his body and feel like he was secured. This created many peaceful nights for mom and dad! I couldn't keep this life changing product to myself. I wanted to share it with the world. Hence the birth of my etsy shop: Rockin' Colt.

Rockin' comes from mine and my sons love of music and dance and Colt came from his name, Colton. I love play-on words so it is perfect that is also describes a rocking horse or "colt."

I also love making any handmade baby products such as baby blankets, bibs, burp cloths, bow ties, taggie blankets, clothing, and so much more!
