I accept credit and debit card payments through Paypal or Etsy. Orders may be cancelled within 72 hrs of purchase for full refund or at shop owners discretion. Please contact me if you have a question with your order or cancellation. Any monies refunded to customers will be in the same form of payment as original order. All funds received or refunded are handled by Etsy and not the shop owner.
All of my items are custom made to order. Due to high demand, my current turnaround time to make/ship your order is approximately 2 weeks.
All items shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail unless otherwise noted. Domestic US shipping now includes tracking/Delivery Confirmation. If you would like Priority Shipping, you can select that option when you check out. PLEASE NOTE: Upgrading to Priority Mail shipping does not shorten the turnaround time to make your item. It will only expedite the shipping/transit time. RockinDogs & CoolCats is not responsible for lost/stolen packages marked delivered by the post office.
NOTE: International shipments are only tracked by the US Postal Service until the package leaves the US and not tracked to destination. RockinDogs is not responsible for lost/stolen packages once the item are shipped and being tracked by USPS. Please allow 2-4 weeks additional shipping time for international orders.
RockinDogs is required to complete a customs declaration form for all International packages which include value, origin, and a description of goods. If your order is being shipped outside the USA, your package may be subject to duty and/or taxes at the rate appropriated for that country and you are responsible for these additional costs. It is the buyers responsibility to notify RockinDogs of special requirements to ensure proper delivery of international shipments. International Delivery does not allow for Delivery Confirmation or tracking overseas. RockinDogs is not responsible for lost/stolen packages once the item are shipped and being tracked by USPS.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items are 100% satisfaction guaranteed to fit if you provided the requested measurements as noted in the item's description. Instructions for measuring your pet are listed in every item description in my shop. If you would like further instructions on how to measure your pet, please send me a message prior to ordering and I will assist you.
Custom sized items are guaranteed to fit based on the measurements provided. I am not responsible for incorrect measurements submitted by the customer or items made to customer specification if information is not accurate. Custom sized items or customized items are not returnable/non-refundable unless RockinDogs did not size garment per measurements given by customer. If customer provided incorrect measurements, RockinDogs is not held responsible if garment does not fit and these items are non-returnable. Non-custom items ordered in a size from the size chart can be exchanged if items are in original, non-worn, non-washed condition, free from pet hair in exchange for like merchandise within 14 days of original shipping date. No returns after that date. No refunds.
If same item is no longer available, exchange for similar item of same value. Return postage at buyers expense however, I will pay for shipping of exchanged item(s). We strive for 100% happiness by all our customers!
