SHIPPING UPDATES:
When you order, Etsy gives an ESTIMATED date of arrival for your items. This date is calculated based on my current processing time, but does not take shipping delays into account. I am unable to guarantee arrivals by a specific date. I do work hard to get items out as soon as possible, but once items leave my hand, they're subject to USPS shipping speeds.

I love designing and making paper products for all occasions! Please read below for my shipping and refund policies. Send me a message if you have any questions about my products or would like to create a custom item for your special event.

★ SHIPPING POLICY: Please allow up to two weeks for your items to arrive. Handmade (non-digital) orders typically ship 1 week after they are received. Unless otherwise requested, all orders ship via USPS First Class mail. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you need expedited shipping, there is an option to upgrade your shipping at checkout. Orders typically arrive within 1.5-2 weeks after the order is placed.
Insurance may be purchased if desired. Please contact me PRIOR to placing your order to include insurance with your order.
Rocky Mountain Mama is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during transit.
★ RUSH ORDERS: Rush orders are accepted for an additional fee. You may rush your order at checkout. Use the drop down menu when you select your shipping speed. This will upgrade you to a 2-3 business day processing time as well as upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail (2-3 business days).
★ REFUND POLICY: Rocky Mountain Mama Craft Shop hopes that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. I value your positive feedback and appreciate your reviews. If you would like to exchange or return and item, please contact us for return information. Returns and/or exchanges must be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt of merchandise.
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Customized items, such as banners or invitations with names on them.
• Cupcake toppers due to hygiene reasons.
• Orders made by mistake that have already been shipped out.
I will offer refunds if you were not satisfied with your item, but only after the item is shipped back to me in it's original state and in the original packaging.
Shipping is non-refundable.
