1 out of 5 starsThis has been a very frustrating experience. The seller has had a lot going on, which I understand and was willing to be patient about. The frustrating part was that I kept being told my order would be done by a certain date and it never was. I would have preferred just being told it wasn’t possible to complete my order from the beginning instead of spending 2 months waiting for an item that was never finished. Communication was frustrating as well as it would take a while to get a response and I was always the one to reach out. The seller was not proactive about keeping me updated. I did receive an offer to refund half and send the item eventually, but I opted for a full refund as this was a birthday gift for my sister and I now need to find something else for her two months late.

I cannot apologize enough for all the trouble on your order, Brooke. I was definitely overwhelmed and wish I had been more proactive, but I simply lacked experience in handling my shop and orders while trying to coordinate everything involved with moving our family to a new state. This is definitely not typical for handling orders for me as I have tried to always go above and beyond in the 8 years I have been making my custom jewelry, and I sincerely apologize for all the stress it caused. I appreciate how patient you were through the entire process. <3

4 out of 5 starsBeautiful! Love the ring. It is leaving a black ring around the finger after only two days of wear, and the ear caught and bent in one day. I'm hoping it lasts, not sure how strong it really is, but it is beautifully made and fits great.

Custom and personalized orders
Yes, I accept custom and personalized orders — they are my fave! Please keep in mind that I mainly work in silver or higher quality materials for custom work, which provides an heirloom quality piece for you to treasure. Custom pieces typically range from $100-400 but always depend on size, design time, and complexity. Convo me with your idea for a custom listing.
Care instructions
With sterling silver jewelry, I advise you to:
• avoid wearing your jewelry while bathing or otherwise in water (pool, lake, hot tub)
• use a soft, damp cloth to clean your jewelry instead of cleansers or polishing agents
• avoid contact with bleach, ammonia, household cleaning products, and other similar chemicals

Gift wrapping and packaging
Each order comes packaged with care, wrapped with a raffia bow and closed off with a Thank You. If you would like a custom or personalized message to go with your order, please include that in your notes — I'll be glad to add a note for you at no extra charge!
