I like to make continuous weaving pin frame looms

It started when I saw a triangle loom being demonstrated at a fiber show in Eugene. Very interesting to me. A year or so later I made my first one for my friend as a surprise gift. I messed up the pin count but corrected the flaw. She made some nice shawls on it, using homespun yarn from mohair from our angora goats. I didn't think about making them for sale until we moved to Arizona.
I started making Hideaway Homestead branded triangle looms part time before I reached 'retirement' age. I became interested in continuous strand weaving on the rectangle but could not find a definitive plan for the pin arrangement. Some of the 'formulas' worked OK for short rectangles but I could not figure out how to make it work perfectly for longer rectangles. So I put it down for a few years and quit trying.
Then I picked it back up and through trial and error I figured it out. How to make a pin frame rectangle loom of any width that would be right for continuous strand weaving at any possible, infinite, length. I now brand my looms simply HIDEAWAY with the cabin logo. You can find my free weaving instructions for the rectangle at www.rectangleloom.info
