Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I don't accept returns, cancellations or exchanges. Please contact me if there is a problem with your order and I will do everything I can to make it right.
Are any of the items in your shop meant for children?
All the items in my shop are non-edible and could be choking hazards to children.
Wholesale and Resale
At this time I do not offer handmade items at wholesale. My handmade items are not permitted for individual resale.
I would be honored to have my handmade items incorporated into your larger projects for sale, but I do require that credit be given to my shop in the listing.
Please be sure to enter your correct address at checkout.
I am not able to process orders with addresses that cannot be verified by USPS. I am not responsible for items sent to the wrong address provided by the buyer.
Custom and personalized orders
Unfortunately I am unable to take custom orders. All items in my shop are finished products.
Do you offer discounts or negotiate on prices?
All of my prices are firm, but my shop does offer free shipping on purchases totaling $35.00.
Customer Service Hours and Processing Times
In keeping normal business hours, I reply as soon as I can to messages between the hours of 8 am - 4 pm EST Monday - Friday.
I ship orders Monday - Friday (not including holidays) via USPS First Class mail. I cannot accommodate rush orders. I only ship orders with tracking numbers.
