Shop Hours of Operation Vary:

Typically anytime during the day 5am to 12 midnight Eastern Standard Time (EST) you may send a message and receive a speedy response. Creating, packaging and shipping occurs almost every day including the weekends and do our best to ship by noon Saturday mornings before they close. Please note shipping labels are created at all times of the day or night and weekends - check your shipping notification for updates as to where your package is and as always contact with questions.

For custom orders or orders with large amounts of buttons 100 or more - unless they are pre-made it does take quite a few hours to put together and there may be a need of an extra day or two.

As with most who are creative - we do have day jobs and family responsibilities. ❥ DEADLINES: If you have a date you must receive your order by, please let us know in the "message to seller" upon checkout and send a message to confirm your order will be processed in time.

❥ QUANTITY: For smaller or larger quantities than listed please contact for custom order. I am happy to mix and match any of my listings for you in any quantity.

❥ RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and I will be more than happy to figure out a solution to any and all issues. I do not issue refunds for shipping and you are responsible for paying to ship the item back if requested to do so. Refunds are for purchase price of item only - normally shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Once product is received back I will ship out the exchange or issue the refund.

❥ EXCHANGES: Contact to discuss terms. Once I receive the original product back I will ship out the merchandise we decided on. You pay return shipping which is non-refundable.

❥ PACKAGING ORDERS: Flat envelope for flat items, and padded bubble mailer or flat rate priority box or flat rate envelope depending on product amount and item. All orders are packaged with care to avoid damage during transit.

❥ COMBINED SHIPPING: All orders are charged one flat rate, no additional shipping charge to add more than one item to your order. USA Orders over $35 ship free.

❥ FIRST CLASS USPS SHIPPING: 3-5 business days transit within the United States

❥ PRIORITY MAIL USPS SHIPPING: 1-3 business days transit within the United States

❥ INTERNATIONAL USPS SHIPPING: Up to 30 days transit time depending on location. We do ship worldwide. Contact for a quote if your area is not listed or you feel the shipping is too high. I do ship First Class International with NO Tracking. This is a non refundable purchase at your own risk if you do not wish to purchase Priority Shipping at the higher rate shown. I send a photo of your item with the postage on it and the date stamped by the Postal Service for records of shipment. Contact for custom order and shipping quote.

❥ SHIPPING ADDRESS: Make sure to check your address on file is verified through USPS to ensure no delays in delivery or return to sender mishaps occur. I am not responsible for any delays that occur through USPS due to weather or unexpected events.

❥ WHOLESALE REQUESTS: Additional discounts are available for more than 300 pinback buttons. For jewelry and other items - check our clearance and wholesale section for great deals at or below wholesale.

❥ CUSTOM ORDERS: No additional set up charge within reason. Case by case basis. Unique orders add to our love of crafting - contact with requests.

❥ HANDCRAFTED TERMS: Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, many of the listings are a one-time only purchase. Additionally handcrafted will mean that there may or may not be some minor imperfections. We feel this adds to the uniqueness of each and every item. Please read item descriptions thoroughly and take time to look over images. As always contact with any concerns over quality, we strive to produce exemplary product.
