Can you make custom and personalized orders?
Yes! If you can't find the combination of item, graphic, color, text, etc., send me a message here on Etsy and I should be able to make it for you as most of my items are customizable and able to be personalized.
How do I know what size to order?
Each apparel listing includes a size chart. Most of my apparel is true to size unless specifically noted by product. For a more fitted look and feel, order your normal size. For a comfy, oversized fit, order up a size or two.
What type of print is on the apparel?
This is direct-to-garment printing where the ink is sunken into the fabric versus a vinyl being applied on top of the fabric. This prevents chipping and peeling of the design after being washed over time.
How should I wash my apparel for longevity?
My personal recommendation to help your apparel stay looking nice for a long time is to wash in cold water, tumbler dry on low heat, do not iron directly on the design, and do not dry clean.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No, I don't accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. I know, this one hurts. I get frustrated when places don't take returns, so I get it. When you order a product from me, it is printed as a unique, single, customized item just for you and sent directly to you from my third-party, print-on-demand vendors. There's no warehouse filled with inventory that your item can be sent back to. As such, I'm not able to accept returns or exchanges. This is the part of my small business that pains me. Please be sure of what you're ordering. If it's not quite what you expected, hopefully you'll give it to someone else or donate it. In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, please contact me immediately.
