Hello!
My name is Roni and I am the founder and designer behind cruelty-free and 100% vegan Roni Kantor Shoes.
With a love for vintage fashion, a passion for creating responsibly and ethically, Roni Kantor as a brand started from my living room over 10 years ago! I began with re-making vintage style dresses with a modern twist that soon became an urban girl favorite.
Being a strong believer that no animals should be harmed for the sake of fashion, I felt that in order to take my next step as a designer, I needed to do so while wearing a stellar heel that doesn’t trample on any souls along the way.
And so, Roni Kantor Shoes took off with the aim of providing stylish vegan shoes with a vintage flair that are comfortable, conscious, and positively charming. It wasn’t long before brides took notice and Roni Kantor became a staple for the ethical bride to be.
Today, I am humbled to be presenting my bridal shoe collections here on Etsy and to be a part of so many people’s special day. My designs mix in a little something old, a little something new, something everyone will want to borrow, and something to wear under the summer sky blue, so you can shine brightly when you say “I do”.

Returns and exchange details
If for ANY reason the shoes you bought do not meet your expectations, let me know and I will work it out!
***Refunds will be issued less 15$, deduction from your overall item refund IF the package wasn't picked up by you and came back to me.***
** When sending the shoes back, please do not use any express service. If so, there will be a deduction of 50$ from the refund or exchange- as it costs me 50$ to receive them back via that service **
Shipping costs/expedited shipping do not get refunded as this money was used to ship your original item.
I will make the refund after I get the item back in new and unused condition, no later than 45 days from the date I sent it.
The customer must pay for shipping the returned item.

You DO NOT need a Paypal account in order to make a purchase!
When adding to cart, simply click on ‘Check out with PayPal’ and you will be directed to a screen where you can enter your credit/debit card details.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for any customs tax and duties fees according to their country’s rules and regulations.
Most packages will arrive in the US within 8-10 business days.
However, delays beyond my control may occur and in some cases, your package can take up to 31 days to arrive.
To most of Europe, Canada, and Australia packages usually arrive within 8-12 business days. Some delays may occur to all destinations which are beyond my control.
All shipments are registered and include a tracking number. Please use this to track your shoes so you can know when they arrive!
Please note - transit times stated here are estimated. I cannot be held accountable for postal delays.
If you must have your item by a certain date, please contact me and we can discuss express shipping options. I’d love to help!
The recipient may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient, I have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, my advice is to contact your local customs office for more information :)
When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
