Welcome to policies manual for Enchanted Mountain Woodworks and RCLINEPhotography. I always strive to produce the highest quality individual work and to make your purchase a unique, heirloom quality work of art, delivered to you as efficiently as possible. Please feel free to contact me with your questions, comments, and special order requests.

Payment
I accept payments through PayPal and also by check, locally, to be verified prior to shipping. Payments are due immediately upon your finalization of purchase.

All payments must be made in US Dollars
Shipping
Most furniture-sized items must be crated and shipped by common carrier freight (truck). I use a professional crating/shipping service here in Taos which has long experience in shipping such items as furniture, sculpture, art, and various other precious items. They find the most efficient carriers based upon the item and destination and are always fully insured. Crating and shipping costs vary widely according to the item size, weight, type of crating required for full protection, and final destination, so these shipments are priced individually. Since I have all the specifications here, usually all I need for the exact quote is your zip code.

Crating and preparation for carrier pick-up can run from 2 to 5 business days after receipt of payment.

Smaller items from the wood shop such as wood turnings (i.e. bowls), cutting booards, etc., I usually ship direct myself through UPS or mail. I have often found the US Mail to be faster and cheaper then UPS. For example, I recently shipped a single bowl from New Mexico to Connecticut. UPS standard ground was going to be $66.00 traveling 5 days. I chose the US Mail at $38.00 in 4 days. Of course these estimates always vary. You may specify your chosen carrier and timing such as next day air, etc. NOTE: Multiple quantity small items may still require the crating service based upon final bulk and weight.

Photographs are printed by a professional service and I normally have them shipped to me for inspection and/or framing and send them out by UPS or US Mail, whichever is best. Turn around time varies according to the details of the order.

Many of my products have care and maintenance instructions included in the shipment.

For all orders I set up tracking information and I communicate with you to keep you updated on progress details.


ALL orders going outside of the United States must be quoted individually based upon the order details and final destination. For example, it is much cheaper to ship to Toronto than Sydney.

Regional deliveries of furniture within a 150 mile radius of Taos, New Mexico (i.e., Albuquerque) are charged at $.50 per mile including move in and set up in your home. Local deliveries to Taos are free.

I always encourage local pick up at my shop of any type of item.
Refunds and Exchanges
No refunds or exhanges on regular furniture pieces. Small wooden items and photographs may be returned for refund. Terms for exchanging your purchase for a similar item are negotiable.

For any items that are lost or damaged in shipment, I am more than willing to work with you to settle the problem. If the shipment is damaged due to my negligence, I replace it. If it is due to the carrier, we will work together to reach a resolution.

ALL shipments are fully insured.

Quite simply, I stand behind my work. I want my customers to be satisfied, or else the job is not done yet!
