Adding a name or a date to a print can make it extra special, especially if it’s a gift! We are happy to do this free of charge.

Changing the wording on a print is also possible. For small changes there is no charge, for redesigns we can discuss :)

If you are buying a few prints from our shop and would like them to match or coordinate with each other this is no problem. Just send on a convo with the prints you have in mind and we'll match/coordinate them free of charge.

If you’d like to change the colour of a design this is possible and usually there is no charge. Please bear in mind that colours can differ from monitor to monitor so an exact colour match can be difficult to achieve. If an exact match is important please keep this in mind

Most prints are available in a range of sizes, typically 5x7 inches (or 5x5 inches if the design works in a square format) to size A3. Anything in between (or smaller!) is possible so if you have a specific size in mind or are trying to find a prints to fit an unusual frame size just send a convo with the details. If the design works with your chosen size then there will be no charge for the resize and the price will be as per the closest larger size.

Gift wrapping is available for an extra charge but a gift message can be included for free. Messages will be printed on a mini postcard and included with your package.
As standard no invoice is included with your print but please note that for international orders the purchase price of the print will be shown on the packaging for customs purposes.

UK orders should arrive between 1 and 3 days
European orders should arrive in 7-14 days
International orders generally arrive in 7-20 days

A number of factors can add to these estimates. Holidays, bad weather conditions and customs can delay things considerably.

If you have not received your order after 7 days for UK orders and 1 month for all other orders please let us know and a replacement will be arranged.

All orders are shipped within 3 business days (although it's usually next working day) by Royal Mail.
A4 sizes and smaller prints are carefully packaged in a cellophane sleeve in a Kraft brown paper hard backed envelope with additional stiff board to ensure your prints reach you in perfect condition.
Larger than A4 sizes are packaging in a sturdy poster tube with protective acid free tissue paper and a paper sleeve to ensure no damage is caused when removing your print from the tube.
