Welcome to Stitch & Ribbon and thank you for visiting!
There are so many lovely things to browse on Etsy- I appreciate your interest in my shop!

I am an avid crafts person and maker but one day realised that I take just as much pleasure from sourcing my supplies as from making something out of them. Nothing excites me more than a length of beautiful lace, a bundle of vintage ribbons, a bowl full of buttons, velvety millinery flowers, I could go on and on! That is why I decided to open Stitch & Ribbon. I have a passion for these beautiful notions, each one lovely in its own right, but also so very packed with the potential of what you can make with it!

I take pride in every product I send out and I take the utmost care to package each one prettily and safely before it is sent out to my customers.

Here are a few things you might want to know before purchasing something.

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
I accept payments through Paypal only. It's not necessary to have a paypal account to do this- you can use your credit card to pay through the secure site. Please let me know if you're having problems doing this and I'll try and help if i can. Paypal is really user-friendly.
I will wrap and send your parcel carefully and securely. I aim to process orders within 3 days and will let you know once it has dispatched.
Refunds and Exchanges
My primary objective is to make your shopping here as enjoyable and fair as possible. So...

Please note, while I understand the difficulties of buying craft supplies online, I am unable to refund any items or their postage. I have tried as much as possible to accurately depict or describe the item to the best of my knowledge.

Once I have sent a package out, I will keep a receipt from my post office which will have a your address on it. This will act as proof that I have sent out your item in the very unlikely event that it has gone missing in the post. Once I have sent the parcel, the situation is completely out of my control and so I will not be able to offer a refund in this instance. However, I may be able to offer a replacement of the same or a similar item so please contact me if your package still has not arrived within three to four weeks. If you would like a registered delivery, please let me know and I will find out the cost of this for you before finalising your transaction.
Additional policies and FAQs
I may be able to sell some of my products in a larger quantity if you need them at a wholesale price. This would usually be a discount of around 10% if you buy 20 or more units. Please contact me if you would like to discuss this with me further.

I will happily send out a swatch of lace or ribbon at your cost of postage and packaging. Please contact me and I will set up a listing for you!
