Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
Returns as accepted only if the item is determined to not be described accurately in the ad. Contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item to discuss a return on these terms. We do not reimburse shipping. Buyer pays all return shipping fees. Item must be returned within 7 days of getting a Return Authorization.
Payment
We gladly accept Money Orders, Cashiers Check or even Cash if you are in the area and would like to come by and pay us personally. However most will like to use Etsy's Merchant Payment System which allows you to use your Master card, Visa, AmEx or Discover card.
Shipping
This item will ship via FedEx Ground to any of the lower 48 states. We include full insurance coverage where FedEx will apply insurance. Merchandise will ship within 1 business days of the payment confirmation. Our Shipping Fee includes the professional packing and insurance coverage.

Local Pick-Ups: If you would like to pick up your item at our store located at Room to Spare Storage, 7545 Transit Rd, East Amherst, NY. We are open 6 days a week and typically you can stop by anytime. If we know you are coming we can be sure to have it ready for you.
