I always within the estimated shipping time frame. Once shipped, domestic orders can take from 2-10 business days.

International orders take from 2-4 weeks. These times also depend upon the shipping method you choose and the speed of the post.

All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged. If damaged, provide photos of the problem, and I will initiate a return and replacement.

I do, however, accept cancellations within two days of the order. If the item has already been shipped, it may be returned for a refund on the item purchased. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs, which will not be refunded unless a full return is complete.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Postal delays aren’t uncommon so if the package is still within the allotted timeframe where it’s not considered a lost package, wait for it to be delivered to you.

If you believe your package has gotten lost in the mail, contact your local post or file for a lost package search.

For domestic, 30 days of shipping time with no sign of movement or tracking updates and I’ll issue a refund.

For international, 60 days of shipping time with no sign of movement or tracking updates and I’ll issue a refund.

Yes, I do custom orders. You pay for the artwork being created, the item itself, and the shipping and handling. Contact me if you would like a custom order!

If I haven't shipped your previous order yet you can:
1) Purchase the new item in a new order and I'll refund the shipping cost and combine your packages into one order.
2) Message me so I can cancel the old order and you can reorder everything together.
