Welcome. I'm Tori, an architect, a mom, and the owner and passionate photographer of Roots and Twigs, based in Fort Collins, CO (previously of Washington, DC). I offer photography services on location as well as at special events. I particularly enjoy capturing honest, candid moments that naturally reveal themselves in front of the camera.

My serious photography experience dates back to the late '80s, to the days of fully manual, mechanical SLR cameras and film, and all-nighters spent in intoxicating darkrooms. I now use digital SLRs, but have been aching to shoot film again soon.

In addition to my lifestyle portrait photography work, I have a great deal of travel - including much international travel - under my belt. With that comes thousands of frames of street and landscape photography, much of which I am eager to share with you.
