Shipping Information //
Items will be shipped with standard shipping at the Swedish Postal Service. Domestic shipping (within Sweden) will normally* take 2-3 business days and International shipping (Everywhere Else) will normally* take 6-8 business days.
Rush Shipping, Tracking or Insurance //
Packages will ship by default with the standard Swedish postal rate. If you would like a faster shipping method, delivery confirmation or insurance please contact me with a message BEFORE you make your purchase so we can calculate a price adjustment. If no request has been made packages will ship as above.
Special Requests //
If you would like your item gift wrapped or include a special message feel free to contact me with your request. We love making your gift super special! An additional cost may apply.
Rosalita Vintage does it's best to make sure your item ships quickly and safely. However, after an item has been shipped RV does not have responsibility for lost or damaged items. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your shipment don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to help you solve the issue and file a claim with the post office or etsy.
*Please be aware that delays in shipping can happen that are out of our control, don't hesitate to contact us if your package hasn't arrived 2 weeks after shipment and we will do our best to solve the issue. We thank you for your patience!
Refunds and Exchanges
Please note that all pieces in the shop are vintage items, they have been used or pre-owned, and all show some kind of wear. Each item is described, measured and photographed as accurately as possible and any noticeable flaws are described in the item description [See: Quality], please read the description carefully so you are aware of the condition of the item. If you have any questions on size, color or quality don't hesitate to contact me.
Returns are normally not issued. If you are unhappy with the product please contact me as soon as the item is received and we can negotiate a resolution (We of course want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase!) If a return is granted the forward and return shipping is at the customers expense. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received and refunds are given upon arrival of the returned package.
Shipping Issues (Lost or damaged item) //
All items are shipped in the condition as stated in the item description, if your item has been damaged or lost due to the postal service Rosalita Vintage is not responsible to refund the cost.
