Our standard production time is 2 - 5 business days except at busy times of year when this may be extended. Delivery estimates are taken from when the item is shipped and not when the order is placed so please factor in the production time when placing your order. Shipping notifications will be sent to the email address that you used to sign up to Etsy.
Orders are shipped by UK post. Shipping ESTIMATES are:
US/Canada - 7 - 21 days
Europe - 4 - 12 days
UK - 1 - 3 working days (1st class Recorded Delivery)
Rest of world - 7 - 28 days
**IMPORTANT - Please remember that these are ESTIMATES and international mail can on occasions be subject to delays. You should be prepared to allow up to 30 days for your item to arrive before contacting us. Also remember that shipping times are taken from when the order is dispatched.
The vast majority of items will arrive well within this time frame but times are dependant on the postal service in your country.
Please remember that these times are estimates and unless you have opted for Priority Mail we cannot give you any information as to where your parcel is or how long it will be.
Your item is shipped from the UK where we use standard airmail for all international packages. This is NOT trackable and we are unable to provide any information as to where your package is.
You may upgrade to Priority Mail for an additional $8.50. This service is usually a few days quicker than standard airmail and will provide you with a tracking number.
Please note that although this service is quicker than standard airmail, it does NOT provide a guaranteed delivery date and we are not able to refund the Priority shipping fee if the package doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery time scale.
It is very rare that a package is lost - in over 9,000 sales we have only had a handful that have gone missing. If you are concerned about your order please contact us in the first instance.
Packages can be held up along the way occasionally which may mean that your item takes a little longer to reach you. Mail is not considered lost until 5 weeks have passed. Please be patient if your item hasn't arrived within the 'estimated' time.
If your item has been lost then we will of course send a replacement but please bear in mind that we cannot do this until the 5 week period has passed.
Refunds and Exchanges
We hope you'll be happy with your purchase but do appreciate that it is sometimes difficult to buy based on a picture. If when you receive your purchase you decide that it isn't suitable please contact us within 48 hours to discuss. We will offer either a refund (excluding postage costs) or exchange upon receipt of the returned (unworn) item, BUT please contact us first for instructions on customs form requirements.
We cannot issue refunds for items that have been worn unless they are faulty.
We are sorry but we cannot refund postage costs unless the item is faulty. For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.
Items that have been personalised to your requirements are non returnable.
You must ensure that you obtain a proof of posting and/or adequate insurance/delivery confirmation if returning a package as we are not responsible for any items that are lost/damaged while in transit to us. Items must be returned unworn and in in the original gift box.
Additional Policies and FAQs
All international packages have a customs declaration. We cannot mark items as gifts - this is illegal.
You are responsible for any customs charges/import duty/taxes etc you may incur in your country.
