Custom and personalized orders
We offer custom orders, though we are not responsible for any delays due to custom orders. If you have a specific crystal in mind buyer will be responsible for any import taxes, if you have one already that you want done, we do accept mail in to wrap. Buyer will be responsible for any shipping fees out to seller. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions!
Gift wrapping and packaging
Always cleansed and bagged with sage before sending out in a bubble mailer.
If it is a gift please let us know, we do offer to add a personalized note & gift wrapping.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
• (RECOMMENDED) Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase please
• Contact us within: 5 days of delivery
• Ship returns back within: 7 days of delivery
What cannot be exchanged?
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive broken, damaged, or defective, I can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Fine China (only will accept if BROKEN)
*If you mail in a piece to be wrapped and it comes damaged, we will reach out to you to return the piece. Buyer will have to pay for return mailing if piece if damaged*
Conditions for Returns
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
