(¸.•´ (¸.•`* Hi, my name is Cindy and I have three adorable, precious grandchildren whom I love dressing up and showing off! I grew up crafting with my mom in the 60's, 70's on through the 90's! So, when my Grandchildren came along I of course returned to my crafting roots!

Creating items for my granddaughter was fun and easy, there was just so many ideas out there for girly girls for sure! But having my Grandson to create for presented me with a challenge!!! I found that when it came to boy hats and such it was almost impossible to find anything unique and different for him, so I became determined to create new and innovative hats and accessories for boys as well!!! After all, Boy's and their Mommie's n Grandma's need fastion TOO! :o)

Now, 5 years later and with a new grandson on the way I'm still enjoying creating new, innovative, FUN & FAB photo props and accessories for Girls, Boys n Mommies to Be!!

I've also had SOOOOOO many inspirational creative ideas for other items that I opened up another Etsy Shops where I can play, have fun, create and meet even more FAB people!!

I take great pride in each and every item I make! With all the many wonderful shops on Etsy I would be grateful and blessed if you choose to order from my shop!

Shipping
I use USPS (United States Postal Service) on all orders unless other shipping needs are requested which may or may not have additional costs. I cannot be responsible for packages once they leave my hands, therefore, if you have security issues where you live please advise before ordering so arrangements can be made to have your item/s shipped in a manner which requires your signature.

I do ship outside the United States, however, the price listed for Shipping in each listing does NOT include tracking of your package PAST the USA Border. The Package number I can give you is only a USA Customs number which can only confirm that your package did arrive at Customs at the USA Border. Please be aware and informed that once your package leaves Customs it will NOT be able to be tracked and I will not be held responsible for it once it leaves Customs. To secure Tracking beyond the USA Border you MUST purchase our USA Postal Service “International Registered Mail” service which starts at an additional $12.75 USD fee and will provide tracking Via The United States Postal Service.

Please know and understand that if you are an International Shopper it is YOUR responsibility when shopping in my shop to acquire information on ALL the shipping costs as well as my Shop Policies BEFORE you place an order. Please understand that just because you are uninformed of International Shipping Policies in my shop it does not mean you will be given a full refund should you request it. I try as best I can to work with shoppers and give refunds as I like to treat shoppers as I would want to be treated! However, due to the increase of uninformed and unreasonable International shoppers who shop without getting all the pertinent information they need BEFORE placing an order I have had to adopt stringent REFUND POLIICIES.

Most items, such as Hats and larger combo sets are wrapped delicately in a box when needed and shipped USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation so we can both track the package. Other smaller items, such as single ties, headbands and such are wrapped in tissue paper then put in a bubble wrapped envelope and mailed USPS First Class Mail.

I take great pride in my work and do my very best to secure all items by using tissue paper, bubble envelopes and boxes. Although I work at having your item arrive at its final destination in perfect shape, please understand once your package/box leaves my hands I cannot be responsible for how the postal system treats it.

If you do receive a damage package/box or item please let me know ASAP so that I may have the opportunity to remedy the problem BEFORE leaving negative or Neutral Feedback. I cannot fix or attempt to fix something I do NOT know about! I appreciate your understanding!
Refunds and Exchanges
Although I do stand behind my work all sales are final, that being said PLEASE contact me with any issues and give me a chance to see if I can help in some way!
Unfortunately, I do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse so I will not be able to issue you a refund. Also, I cannot and will not be held responsible for any package delivered late or lost by the USPS. I will supply proof of mailing but beyond that I will not be held responsible. International Shopper it is YOUR responsibility when shopping in my shop to acquire information on ALL the shipping costs as well as my Shop Policies BEFORE you place an order. Please understand that just because you are uninformed of International Shipping Policies in my shop it does not mean you will be given a full refund should you request it. 1.) Return request MUST be sent to Shop Owner with 24 hours from date item was received!

2.) Items MUST be shipped back in the ORIGINAL packing/box, packed neatly and with care AND SHOW NO SIGN OF WEAR,USAGE OR DAMAGE.

3.) Package/Box MUST BE POST MARKED WITHIN 24 HOURS FROM THE DATE THE RETURN WAS APPROVED BY SHOP OWNER!

4.) Returns received by Shop Owner that DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE GUIDELINES will NOT be accepted and returned to buyer.

Please understand this may sound like some harsh policies but there are shoppers out there who purchase photo props, use them for a photo shoot then request a return thereby using items w/o paying for them. Sad but a true nature of this business.
