It is exactly the necklace in the picture that you bought. I am sorry you don't like it. It is a ten-dollar necklace, not a 2 dollar necklace.

Hi! The stone is not plastic. It is glass. I use professional E6000 jewelry glue which usually has a permanent hold. In this case, I may have added too little glue. Errors do happen although they are quite rare. I have only had one other case of a stone falling off in ten years of making these and others like them. This necklace is not advertised as hypoallergenic. If you have a nickel allergy you should always look for hypoallergenic in the description or write a seller and ask. I am always happy to resolve any issues with a purchase that come up. I am happy to replace an item or take returns - or if necessary refund an order. I refunded this customer for this order, but she has not written me back. If there are any issues with an order please contact me before leaving a review. I want all my customers to be happy :)
