As per UK distance selling regulations, refund on non-custom items are available for up to 14 calendar days after you receive the item. A refund will be given once the item has been returned to me, in the same condition in which it was sent. You will be refunded the item price and the original postage cost, however, it is your responsibility to pay for the item to be securely posted back to me.

IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMANGED
You will be required to show me photographic evidence that your item is broken. This is so I can claim against the Post Office for damaging the item in transit and therefore be able to give you a full refund or replacement if possible.

IF YOU ITEM NEVER ARRIVES
If you item has not arrived within 31 full days from the shipping date please let me know and I will give you a full refund or replacement if possible. The money will be claimed back from the Post Office who do a full investigation into the delivery, and will find out where they item went. PLEASE NOTE if they find that it did infact arrive at your address, you as the buyer will receive a fine for making a false claim! Please check with all other household members that the parcel did not arrive as the fine is very substantial.

As I am located in the UK, the only form of payment I can accept is Paypal.

If you are located outside the UK please be aware of your county's import tax, as it is impossible for me to include this in the purchase price. It usually only applies to high value orders, but please keep it in mind.

If you wish to cancel your order please let me know asap. I am happy to give you a full refund, as long as I have not dispatched the item, or already started making it.

I always use clean, sturdy packaging to send all items. However, it is kept to a minimum to keep the postage costs as low as possible and I may use some recycled items.

Premade items are shipped within 5 working days.

All quoted postage within the UK is Standard Second Class Royal Mail, or you can choose to upgrade to 1st Class Recorded in the check out process.

All quoted postage outside of the UK is International Standard, which does not include tracking info. You can upgrade to tracked international postage at the check out process. Items usually take up to 2 weeks to arrive, however, can take up to 4 weeks if held up by customs.

Please be aware of national and international holidays as these can greatly delay the post!
