Returns and exchange details
As all of my items are Custom made for you per order, there are
"NO Monetary Refunds " once and order is placed

Unless the items was incorrectly made by me,
which has never happened to date as I take GREAT care in creating and corresponding to be sure the item is what you ask for and agree upon,

In case of an Honest and legitimate Mistake on my part, I will then create another one for you and ship for free once I receive the returned item,(customer is responsible for return shipping,
or I can give you shop credit to order a different item at the same or Higher cost
up to $10 more than the original item....


Unfortunately I cannot be responsible for items once they have been shipped
I package carefully, but if a packaged is mishandled by the USPS you will
need to contact them with a claim for monetary reimbursement

So far in the Hundred of items I have shipped World wide, I have had only
one instance where the package was treated sooo Badly by the USPS that
a lovely hand painted Masterpiece Wine bottle was broken,
the customer showed the item to his local post office and filed a claim
his purchase cost was refunded by the USPS

Thank you, I hope you can understand, the love I put into Every Handmade
custom piece I create, If someone destroys it after I ship it, I am Heartbroken
and VERY Sorry,but cannot be held responsible

I ship USPS Priority mail, I hand create all items to order, custom for you
with any alterations or designs you would like, normal time to create any item in my ship is 2-6 days, I can create sooner if NEEDED
