I recommend this kit for those wanting to try spinning without shelling out too much money for it. I had fun learning how to spin, here is my outcome. I spun the two colors separately and then crocheted them into a little phone pouch, white on one side and brown on the other. I LOVE IT! And I can say that I DID IT MYSELF! Thank you so much, I even bought a second set to gift to my friend who farms alpacas for their wool. :)

About

Rosetwist LLC

Knitters are my people. I sell yarn-themed jewelry plus other cool stuff that can help get you where you want to go with knitting, handspinning, natural dyes, and weaving. Maybe even nålbinding (needle looping) and språng (braiding on stretched threads) if you're feeling adventurous.
I believe some of the best things to acquire are skills and tools. And cheerful friends with skills and tools.
I do both assembly (putting pre-made components together) and fabrication (forging, soldering, metal stamping, casting, dyeing, and such). I have woodwork done to my specifications for the supplies category.
I got my skills through local groups and teachers, some online classes, and lovely books borrowed and bought, old and new.
Most of my customers come for the tools and supplies. They want to do a project, so they find me by searching for keywords. Some Etsy sellers get found because of their presence at markets and on social media but I don't much. My språng how-to videos on YouTube do have well over half a million views and at least one pin on practically every språng Pinterest board out there, but I doubt those dear folks know I have a shop.
Many of my customers are trying handspinning and natural dyeing for the first time. I like to think they buy from me because I offer designs that are just different enough to be beautifully distinctive and very functional, and I offer kits that include all the materials needed along with helpful guidance. Some people get two drop spindle kits, one to give as a gift and one to try for themselves.
My most popular jewelry item is the cute and inexpensive copper spiral shawl pin. Second most popular are the spinning wheel earrings, my personal favorite.
Feel free to message me with questions about products.
It would help me improve what I offer if you'd let me know, why do you select me and my products? How well do I meet your needs and expectations? Can you suggest products you'd like to see? (The copper pin and weaving shuttle earrings were suggested by a customer.) If you don't buy from me and go elsewhere, let me know that too. Are your needs and expectations not met by my products? Or by the way I deliver them, like shipping time or countries served? It's okay to tell me! Thanks.

I make (and source) funny, pretty, useful things for fiber artists like me. I'm a handspinner, knitter, weaver, natural dyer, and språng fancier with a sideline in metalwork.
