Payment
Payment is due within 48 hours of order placement. I accept PayPal and credit cards. I will ship within one to two postal business days of cleared payment unless I am out of town.
Shipping
I ship within one to two business days of cleared payment unless I am out of town. Shipment is via USPS Priority (usually in a priority bag) with delivery confirmation and a tracking number or best rate International unless you request additional or upgraded shipping services.

Multiple items to the same purchaser will be shipped together if at all possible.

I am not responsible for the postal system eating a shipped package. I will do whatever I can to find it and get it to you.

Custom orders will take longer. I will give you an estimate during the order discussion.

Buyers outside the USA are responsible for paying customs fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your item does not meet your satisfaction I will work with you to resolve the problem. I am not responsible for damage or loss during shipment or after you receive the item. If I accept an item back and discover that you have disassembled it to make your own pattern or worn it for a photo shoot or event then claimed dissatisfaction, I will not issue a refund.

Refunds and exchanges will be provided after I have received and inspected the returned item.
