RosewoodStitches' Shop Announcement

Welcome to my shop. You will find OOAK Steampunk/NeoVictorian items such as carpetbags, hats, full costumes, and canes. If the shop is empty, I'm at a convention. It will be full again Monday.

I hope you find what you are looking for. If you don't, please contact me for a custom version of anything you see here. Carpetbags are available in 7", 10", 12" (like those you see here), and 16". Other than hats and carpetbags, I specialize in the "hard to fit" such as plus-sized, disabled, and child clients.

I ship within one to two business days of cleared payment unless I am away. Shipment is via USPS Priority (or best rate International) with delivery confirmation and a tracking number. If you wish an upgrade in shipping please convo me for an invoice for the difference in shipping.

Custom orders will take longer. I will give you an estimate during the order discussion.

Refunds and Exchanges

If your item does not meet your satisfaction I will work with you to resolve the problem if it is something I am responsible for. I am NOT responsible for damage or loss during shipment or after you receive the item. If I accept an item back and discover that you have disassembled it to make your own pattern or worn it for a photo shoot or event then claimed dissatisfaction, I will not issue a refund.

Refunds and exchanges will be provided after I have received and inspected the returned item.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I'm happy to do custom work via Alchemy. I will endeavor to ensure that I understand exactly what you want and will provide photos of fabric and decorations before I begin construction.
