RosewoodStitches' Shop Policies
Welcome to my shop. All items are hand made from scratch (hats begin with buckram and wire) by me or my brother. Each item is one of a kind.
Payment is due within 48 hours of order placement. I accept PayPal and credit cards. I will ship within one to two postal business days of cleared payment.
I ship within one to two business days of cleared payment unless I am away. Shipment is via USPS Priority (or best rate International) with delivery confirmation and a tracking number. Multiple items to the same purchaser will be shipped together. I am not responsible for damage or loss during shipment. If you wish an upgrade in shipping please convo me for an invoice for the difference in shipping.
Custom orders will take longer. I will give you an estimate during the order discussion.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your item does not meet your satisfaction I will work with you to resolve the problem if it is something I am responsible for. I am NOT responsible for damage or loss during shipment or after you receive the item. If I accept an item back and discover that you have disassembled it to make your own pattern or worn it for a photo shoot or event then claimed dissatisfaction, I will not issue a refund.
Refunds and exchanges will be provided after I have received and inspected the returned item.

I'm happy to do custom work via Alchemy. I will endeavor to ensure that I understand exactly what you want and will provide photos of fabric and decorations before I begin construction.
