People are always complementing me on this. Pretty piece!
I started here on etsy making high quality beaded jewellery inspired by my love of beads and a desire to bring strength and quality materials to every day wearable pieces. And you can still see the feedback I got for that in my shop. But unfortunately I have developed arthiritis which means that due to a lack of strength in my fingers I was no longer able to make jewellery. So I have decided to sell off my remaining beads.
I am generally a flexible person and will try my best to please you so if there is something you need to know please ask.

My normal shipping is NOT insured or TRACKABLE as this is not a standard UK service. If you want a trackable delivery please select the shipping upgrade option at time of purchase.
To the UK items would normally arrive within 2-3 working days but very rarely can take up to a fortnight at peak times such as Christmas. They ship by second class post and are not trackable, please see note above.
To EU countries items should normally arrive in 3-5 working days but can occasionally take up to two weeks at peak times. They ship by UK Airmail and are not trackable, please see note above.
To the rest of the world items will be shipped via International small packets Airmail service and should be with you in 1-2 weeks and can occasionally take up to a month at peak times such as Christmas.They are not trackable or insured, please see note above.
On very rare occassions items do go missing in the mail, please be assured I would be pretty upset about this too but once it has gone in the post box the item is beyond my control. Sometimes to international addresses items are subject to customs delays and it is good to be aware that paying for a shipping upgrade via a trackable service does NOT prevent this. Items are not considered lost earlier than 15 working days to UK addresses and 25 working days to International addresses as per the guidelines given by the UK RoyalMail services.
I would only consider an item as lost / non delivered if it had failed to arrive within the guidelines set by my carrier for delivery timescales and these are subject to change in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather,or other major incidences.
If you have experienced lost mail and these time limits have passed please contact me.
If I am on holiday I would make it clear on the shopfront and will ship as soon as I return.
