SHIP TO - I ship to the address that Etsy currently has on file for you. If you have multiple addresses on accounts (PayPal vs Etsy) please do confirm your order has the address to where you want the package to ship. If you need the package to go to a different address than the one that you submitted with your order, please include that address in comments at check-out or send me a message through Etsy.
SHIPPING CARRIER - The US postal service is my primary carrier and I use First Class Mail and First Class International Package Mail services. US customers may select Priority Mail service for an additional fee (please understand that this option does not automatically bump your order to the front of my queue - it only expedites the shipping time). US customers will receive a tracking number once their package has shipped. All non-USA destination orders are shipped via the US Postal Service with added insurance. Please note that there is very little tracking information or delivery confirmation for most international packages - depending on the country to where the package is shipped.
HOW LONG FROM PLACEMENT OF ORDER TO SHIPPING DAY?
Purchases for listed items generally ship within five (5) business days upon receipt of your payment (excluding weekends and postal holidays) provided there are no questions regarding size, mailing address, or other delay due to additional communication between seller and buyer. Exceptions to this timeframe may occur during peak periods: mid November through the end of December (Christmas shopping season), first two weeks of February (Valentine's Day), and the first two weeks of May (Mother's Day).
Custom orders may require extra time and will ship upon completion.
If you need your item(s) in a hurry, just send me a message and I will see what I can do to expedite your order. :)
If you are paying by eCheck, there is a waiting time of about 5 days after the payment has been sent/received before I can ship since this method of payment must be "cleared".
PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK MY SHOP ANNOUNCEMENT BEFORE ORDERING!
Certain times of the year are very busy and I may need extra time to fulfill your order - I update my shop announcement (at the top of my shop's homepage) with information regarding fulfillment times during these periods. AdditionalIy, I step away from my shop for vacation and business travel throughout the year and I will post a notification if I am away from my studio in my shop's home page announcement and I will inform you personally that I am out of my shop with an email message when you place an order. On very rare occasions I may not have Internet access for a day or two so it is a good policy for all buyers with time-sensitive orders to contact me via a message on Etsy before, or as soon as, your order has been placed.
HOW LONG TO ARRIVE FROM TIME OF SHIPPING?
US ORDERS will most likely arrive within 2-5 days the date that I ship your package; holidays and/or weather conditions along the package's route may extend the transit time. Please understand that I have NO CONTROL over the operations or expediency of the US Postal Service. Unfortunately, I cannot provide any more helpful information regarding delays or mysterious/absence of tracking information that may occur with a package other than what is provided for a package on the USPS package tracking website.
I ship via USPS First Class Mail. Upgrade to Priority Mail is available for an additional $3.00. Please note that the Priority Mail upgrade does not automatically bump your order to the front of my production line - it only expedites the shipping time with the US Postal Service.
Dear International Customers: PLEASE BE PATIENT as a package may take as little as 5 days from the time it leaves my studio, as long as several weeks, or a month or more (on rare occasions) to reach an international destination. Delays are to be expected during higher-volume mailing periods, such as the Christmas shopping season. Delays at your country's import customs office are not uncommon and please understand that I have no control over any resulting inconvenience from them. PLEASE NOTE that I can only track your international package up until the time that it leaves the US. Depending on the destination country, is not possible to provide updates until the package has cleared your country's customs. Tracking for most countries outside of the European Union will not show any information regarding transit within the country or delivery confirmation. If you really want a tracking number/insurance you will have to pay quite a bit extra for International tracking services - please convo me for more information.
IMPORT TAXES/CUSTOMS FEES
When ordering items from my shop for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. I would like my international customers to be aware that overseas/cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Delivery times can be affected due to packages being inspected by customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
UNDELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED - If the address you provided is not correct or the recipient no longer resides at the address provided and your order is returned to me your order will be canceled and you will receive a refund. You can repurchase the item(s) if you would like.
BUYER REMORSE/CANCELED AFTER SHIPPED - If you change your mind about an order while the package is in transit to you, contact me. When the order arrives, you must refuse the delivery without opening the package and return it to your local post office. Once the package is returned to me, I will issue you a refund of the original purchase price minus a 25% re-stocking fee. Custom orders do not qualify.
CUSTOM ORDERS - If I am unable to begin your custom order within your realm of your expectations and have not yet informed you via email that I've begun working on your custom order, I will gladly refund any deposit for said order. Once a custom order has been received it is non-refundable unless, of course, an error was made on my part. Once a custom order is listed, please purchase your order within five (5) days, or the order is subject to cancellation.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES - If by some chance your order is misplaced by the post office, I will refund the price of your order. I will file a lost package claim with the post office and and the Postal Police will investigate. The post office does not consider a package to be "lost" for 60 days past the ETA. Lost packages are not an issue for me and I will happily refund or reship your order after the 60 day waiting period. If you suspect your package to be missing, please do ask your carrier, your local post office and your neighbors to see if they mistakenly received your order or have any useful information. I do check the delivery confirmation tracking on the packages myself to insure that they arrive and may contact you if there is an unusual delay or route your order has taken. International customers may want to contact their local import authorities to see if the package is being held; you may not have received notice that the package is being held and it may be destroyed/returned after a period of time if it is not claimed.
CONTACT ME - If you think your order may not have arrived, you gave an incorrect address, you need to cancel your order, or aren't happy with your order for whatever reason; I ask that you contact me first before opening claims with PayPal or Etsy. Why? Because I prefer to provide you with the best customer service possible without third party interference.
Additional Policies and FAQs
HANDMADE - All of the items for sale in my shop are printed by me, personally, in my smoke-free environment. I do take utmost pride in my work and will not take short-cuts that lessen the quality of my workmanship; I do reserve the right to improve upon a design which may not be shown in the listing.
CONCERNS / FILING A CLAIM - If you should have an issue with something you purchased PLEASE contact me rather than opening a case against me. I find it more effective to resolve any concerns first hand with you and don't particularly need Etsy to be involved - it's probably more efficient that way too! SATISFACTION GUARANTEED - If you're not happy with your order, please let me know! I strive to print beautiful pieces of art of which my customers are completely satisfied which means that even bad feedback is good (just not in the public feedback system - LOL). Seriously though, if you feel your purchase is substandard or find a flaw PLEASE contact me as I take great pride in my workmanship and will do my best to either replace your print(s) or issue you a refund.

Please note, in addition to selling prints on Etsy, I have sold over 200 pendant necklace with a 5-star feedback rating, on my sister shop, RosiesPendants.
