My policies are fairly simple, if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Payment
Payment is via pay pal. My items are listed in US dollars, however the Etsy will convert the prices into your local currency.

Some countries charge additional import fees/custom duties on goods coming from overseas. These fees must be met by the customer to their customs department.
Shipping
Items will not be shipped until payment is received.

If you wish to have your item shipped to an alternative address (eg. if you want an item sent directly to a gift recipient) please make this clear in the comments when purchasing your item.

As my items are ready to ship I will try my best to send them within 24 - 48 hours of receiving payment. If I cannot do this I will contact you.

Please allow the following times to receive your items:

Australia - 5 working days

New Zealand & Asia - 5-10 working days

United States - 2 to 3 weeks

UK & Europe - 2 to 3 weeks

All items are sent via airmail. Longer shipping times may occur during December / January.

If you require tracking or express post, please contact me as I will need to adjust shipping rates accordingly.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want to ensure that all my customers are happy!

I will offer a refund on the grounds that -

1. The item is damaged. Please provide photographs and details of the damage of the item. Please return the item and I will replace it or refund you in full.

2. The item is lost in the mail. This occurrence is extremely rare, and your item may be held up in customs, waiting to be collected or left with a neighbour. If your item does not arrive after 3 weeks of the dispatch date, please contact me. If the parcel cannot be traced I will provide a replacement item or a full refund.
Additional policies and FAQs
Sometimes colours on the computer can be a few shades different to the item in real life. Please keep this in mind when purchasing.
