Do you accept Custom Orders?

Absolutely! I love doing custom orders :) However, there will be an additional cost, and an additional wait time. This will depend on how many other orders I'm working on at the time. Please message me with what you have in mind, and I will give you a price estimate and an estimate on how long it will take to complete your order.

Do you offer a discount for a bulk order

We have tried to keep our prices very reasonable considering the time put into the items, and the price for materials . We are currently not offering a discount on multiple items, but we are more than Happy to combine Shipping.

What is the quality of your items?

Quality has always been very important to our family, so great care is taken to make sure each and every one of our items is high quality and will last.
We do not sell any items that we wouldn't be totally happy with receiving ourself.( The only exception to this would be in the case of an item being on clearance because of a defect. The reason for the clearance and an explanation of the defect would be clearly indicated in the listing.)

Do You Accept Returns?

Of course I hope you are thrilled with your purchase and hope to never have to deal with returns ! However for some reason there is a defect in the item, and we are at fault we will gladly cover the return shipping, and either refund you, or ship you a new item. However, if you are disappointed in your order for reasons such as you ordering the wrong size, or not liking the color ect... I will issue you a refund for the cost of the item minus the shipping. Customer must pay the return shipping. I can only accept returns if item is returned in the same condition and is odorless.
If you want to return an item, Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item, and we will work it out.

My Working Hours & Schedule

We live and work on a farm in Monteview, Idaho. Therefore, our hours revolve around farm chores, crops, and raising children.
We do try to respond to messages daily, however, messages received on Sunday may not get a response until Monday morning.

Sending as a Gift

If you are sending an item as a gift, I would be happy to include a typed or hand written note:) Just let me know what you would like to be written via messages or in the notes when checking out. You may also request that I not send the invoice with the item. I can send the invoice to a different address at no additional cost.

Do you combine shipping?

Absolutely! Complete the purchase for multiple items, and I will send you a refund for the excess shipping. We only charge what it costs us to ship the items:)
