I accept Paypal. If I don't receive a notification about payment, or haven't heard from you within four (4) days, I reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist the item.
Your Order will be processed after payment has cleared. If you check the "e-check" option, it will take longer as e-checks take 5-7 days to clear.
Please contact me if there is anything you need to discuss with payment options. If you need to pay by check/money order, I will ship your item(s) out after it has cleared.
Item(s) will ship within two (2) business days of receipt of payment via USPS First Class Mail.
Shipping costs noted on item listings cover United States Postal rates.
Shipping does *not* include insurance.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you find that you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me via Etsy, and we'll work something out. I'm pretty easy to work with, so long as you let me know what the problem is. Please don't give me feedback without talking to me first.
If you need to return an item, returns are excepted within 7 days of receipt. I will refund your purchase, minus shipping, so long as it is in it's original condition. Shipping costs to return an item are up to the buyer.
If you need to exchange damaged item(s), let me know. Shipping them back to me will be at the buyer's expense, and me shipping the new item(s) to you will be at my own expense.
Unfortunately, I can not be responsible for lost packages. I have no control over the UPSP.
