Paypal is our preferred method of payment but please note that it is possible to pay with a personal credit card via Paypal even if you don’t have a Paypal account. Please contact us if you have any questions on how to do this.

Orders are shipped within 1-3 days of payment via USPS 1st Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground depending on the size and weight of the item.

Insurance is available for an additional fee so please contact us if you would like to insure your package. We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping.

The shipping amount listed for each item can be quite broad so we will automatically refund a difference of more than $2 between the quoted amount and the actual cost of shipping and packing materials.

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless stated otherwise, please see below for other options. Packages should arrive in 1-2 weeks (varies by location).

USPS 1st Class International is the most economical method of shipping but does not have tracking or insurance. This means that once we ship your package we have no further information about its whereabouts. We will have a receipt as proof of mailing and will not be responsible for late or missing packages.

If you would like tracking/insurance, we recommend that you consider using USPS International Priority Mail. Please convo for an exact quote for this method. Please note that USPS requires a phone number if shipping to an International PO Box so please include this info if necessary.

Any additional duties or fees are the responsibility of the buyer, (taxes, VAT, fees, customs, etc).
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales should be considered final. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before purchasing.

We really try our best to accurately describe every item we list and to show any imperfections in the photographs. Due to the nature of antique and vintage items we are unable to provide a refund for issues such as tiny imperfections, color assumptions, and/or extended durability.

If you are truly unhappy with your purchase, we will accept a return for store credit within 3 days after delivery. You will be responsible for return shipping. If the error is ours, you will be issued a full refund. We will work with you on an individual basis to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase!
