For our felt items:we can customize the ones you see on our listings. Size, colors ... Or we can create a custom one just for you. Just ask!
I design mostly with natural dyes, you know, the ones that where used for centuries before the chemical dyes where invented, I choose only very stable to the light and wash dyes.
Please note that colors on the screen do not represent richness and uniqueness of each color. Color variations are celebrated since they add to that handmade appearance. I often enhance them (the variations) by adding a complex background colors.

For our home decor items: usually they are either one of a kind unless the description says otherwise and therefore are not customizable.

If you are in Colorado we will have to charge taxes, please, contact me and I will calculate the amount depending on your location.
If the item is sold from the Already Made section it will be shipped in 2 or 4 business days. If the item will be created for you - please add the time specified in listing.

SHIPPING: (I will use your ETSY address unless otherwise instructed)
All shipments are sent U.S. post Priority Mail with tracking number or via Parcel Post
depending in a size and weight.

U.S. - usually arrive within 3-5 days
CANADA - arrive within 5-10 days
INTERNATIONAL - within 8-20 days

Refunds and Exchanges
For all things purchased from our ALREADY MADE section - If you do not love it, or some mistake had happened - we will take it back no problem! (full amount will be refunded minus shipment costs).

For custom orders: NO REFUNDS - all orders that are custom made to specific colors and sizes we DO NOT offer refunds. If your item has a mistake or a flaw we are happy to cover the return shipping to fix that mistake or replace it but we could not offer a refund.
For a big rugs and blankets I always recommend to order a sample. I usually divide a cost of a big item into 3 parts: 10% for a sample, 45% before I begin, and 45% upon completion before I ship the order. None of the parts are refundable. When I create a sample I dye much more wool than the sample needs because only this way I can show you actual colors. The dye process is very fluid and is affected by many many things. So, when a big item is custom ordered I have to spent a lot of time, and wool, and dye stuff prior of shipping you a sample. The 10% of the cost of the sample do not cover my expenses it is just a bit of a security for me that you are serious about your order. I am sorry but no exceptions.

Never the less, if you are not satisfied - contact me through convos, I want you to be happy with the order, we will come to an understanding.

Additional policies and FAQs
I have two lovely dogs in my studio. They are rescued from the shelter. I do not allow them near my wet production site, and inspect items before shipping very closely, but
dog hair, or two can sneak to an item.
People with dog allergies please take this into a consideration.
