About RoxolanaArtShop
My art is a love letter to my subject
I've always been smitten by a good origin story. Growing up, my friends would come over and usually stumble when they found out my parents didn't have an accent that matched mine. I think being brought up with multiple cultural norms fostered my interest in where things come from. I like to try and understand and study something to create my art because I think that it becomes richer and more beautiful that way.
Recently I painted two small sheep to be like a mythological day and night. I show them jumping so that the animal is matching the idea of the sky moving. If you'd like to see them, follow my shop- I'd love to show you a photo of them when I am done with them.

Make sure you are keeping your print out of direct sunlight and away from water. Letting it sunbathe can fade the colours over time and water may wrinkle the paper or reactivate the medium if it's an original watercolour or gouache painting.
