I have ADHD. Not a little. Not “kind of.” Not just when life gets stressful.
I know what it feels like to lose the thread in the middle of your own life — to forget the thing you just reminded yourself to do, miss the step that mattered, freeze before starting, lose track of time, open the same email twelve times, or stare at a simple task like it is written in another language.
That is why RoxxPsych exists.

I create ADHD tools from lived experience, not from a trend. These printables are made for the real moments: the messy admin, the task freeze, the time blindness, the emotional overload, the “where do I even start?” spiral, and the constant effort of trying to function in systems that were not built for your brain.
I am messy. I make mistakes. I do not fit into one clean little color palette — and my shop probably will not either. If I upload the wrong file, send me a message, and I will send you the right one.
I change things up a lot - new ideas on different days. You just never know with me. That is common with most people with ADHD.
Because ADHD is not beige. It is not always calm. It is not always cute. It is loud, scattered, urgent, emotional, creative, frustrating, and deeply misunderstood.
