Welcome to Royal Greetings Handmade Cards!

All of my cards are handmade by myself using only the finest materials. I almost never make the same card more than once, so you can certainly say that it is a one of a kind handmade item when you give to that special person in your life!

I make all of my cards out of my home in my spare time, I stated doing it as a hobby and the more I handed them out, the more people would tell me that I should be selling them. I just thought they were being nice until I had several people I knew offer to buy some from me, but because I knew them of course I wouldn't take their money, but it certainly made me think that maybe others would enjoy my cards as well.

I love playing with paper and ribbon and glitter and I love to color!!

I take great pride in each and every one of my creations and if you are ever not satisfied with your purchase, I would be more than happy to send you a new card.

Payment
I only accept PayPal, Major Credit Cards or Money Order. All money orders must be postmarked within 24 hours of the purchase and received within 5 business days or the item will be placed back into my store for sale.

All payments via PayPal and credit cards must be made within 48 hours or the item(s) will be placed back into my store for sale.
Shipping
All items will be shipped within 48 hours of payment via USPS.

If for some reason your item is damaged in the mail, please contact me and I will do my best to recreate your purchase and send you a new one.
Refunds and Exchanges
There are no refunds and if an item is lost or damaged in the mail, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to recreate your purchase and send you a new item.
Additional policies and FAQs
I do take custom order requests with the following requirements:

1. At least two weeks advance notice of the event date (for a single card),
2. As much detail about the event that you can provide in advance,
3. Once a request has been confirmed by both parties, the card must be purchased
by the requestor within 24 hours of me posting the item to my store.
4. Custom made items start at $5.50 but can be more if the item
requested requires a significant amount of materials (the total price will be
communicated to the requestor prior to an agreement being set).
5. I reserve the right to decline a custom order request (but this is not likely to
happen).

Any questions regarding these terms are encouraged and I do my best to respond to questions within 24 hours.
