The shipping was a little long, but at no fault to the seller as it shipped all the way around the world. It arrived in amazing shape as the packaging was well thought out. Is a refund possible for an erroneous purchase?
Dear customers, please note: if you bought one of my products after that, I can’t cancel your order and return the money.
This is due to the fact that payment system fees charge high interest rates for processing payment for goods and refunds. Therefore, be careful before buying.
If you're willing to take on the cost of processing your payment, we'll be happy to refund the balance of your money to you.
In this case, as soon as Etsy completes the purchase, your order will be accepted for processing, created and sent to you within the specified time.
In which case is a refund possible or impossible?
- If the master did not manage to create your order in the specified lines, you can request a refund. Sometimes it happens that the parcel was sent on time but information about this was not entered in the orders menu, in this case, a refund is not charged.
- A refund is possible if the goods arrived in a damaged condition. Or exchange of goods at the expense of the seller.
- If another product has erroneously arrived to you, you can request a refund or exchange at the seller’s expense.
- If you have not received your package within 8 weeks from the date of shipment.
- Refunds are not possible for erroneous purchases.
- A refund is not possible if the buyer has not followed his parcel and this is returned to the seller.
Seller Warranties.
- The Seller warrants that all goods that are in the store fit the description. (the exception may be the size of the goods, since the conversion of centimeters to inches may not be accurate and the shade of the product since it is manual, not machine work, which does not affect the sophistication of the product.)
- The seller is responsible for packaging the goods, as well as the exact correspondence of the recipient information in accordance with what is indicated in the purchase menu.
- The seller is responsible for the conformity of the quantity and appearance of the goods with what is indicated on the purchase card when sent to the customer.
In what cases is the seller not responsible?
- I am not responsible for the time of delivery, also for how the postal employees will treat the box in which your goods are located;

What to do if the product is damaged?
Dear customers, we kindly ask you to check for damage to the packaging in the presence of a postal service representative. If you see damaged packaging, make sure that the goods are not damaged. If the goods are damaged, ask the postal service representative to draw up a damage report and send it to the postal company for compensation. Only in this manner will we guarantee the return or replacement of the damaged product.
Understand us, we are located in another country and we do not have the technical ability to contact the courier who will deliver the order to you in order to draw up an insured event report in the event of damage to the goods.

Despite the quality processing and varnishing, natural wood is subject to the influence of various environmental factors. To make wood products last as long as possible, they need the right care.
During the use and long-term storage, wooden products must be protected from bumps, scratches, water, corrosive substances, direct action of the sun, fire, and sudden changes in temperature and humidity. Due to the observance of such conditions, wooden products will last you for more than one year.
I like the products, but the size does not meet my requirements, can I order a size that fits me?
