The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
RoyalWallSkins is dedicated to providing quality products and great customer service.

You may return any item within 7 days from the date of receiving the items.
If you would like to return your items, you must first contact us to let us know of your intention. Next, ship the unused, undamaged and unopened item back to us.
You are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Upon receipt of the unopened and unused goods, we will gladly refund to your PayPal account for the full amount minus shipping charges.

When you send your item , please let us know.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed,
and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please make sure that the item packaging must be unopened and in saleable condition.
We accept PAYPAL payment and You can also pay through PAYPAL using any major credit cards.
All items will be shipped promptly within 1 - 3 business days. Custom orders are on a individual basis and will be worked out ahead of purchase.

Please make sure that your address is 100% correct and there are no mistakes. We are not responsible to re-ship if your address has changed from that on your account.

Please note that transit times for International orders varies by destination country. and any delays are usually caused by the Custom's Agency or abnormal weather condition in the destination country.
We can not control these situations, but if your package will not arrive after 30 days from shipping , please contact us and we will solve it together.

Please note that international shipments are subject to Duties, Taxes, and miscellaneous fees which vary from country to country.
These fees are determined by the entering countries customs and border patrol. Please understand that these fees are out of our control.
