I presume that by "very cheap" this buyer means she got a great deal on a handmade elf coat! Our elf clothes and costumes are made from blizzard fleece, one at a time, by me. If you ever have an issue with your order from Royally Twisted, please contact me so I can make it right. This reviewer did not reach out to let me know there was a problem.
