Perfect color f oi r my hardwood bookshelf my husband made me

Was supposed to arrive on may 14..I'm still waiting! My painter is behind on my kitchen cabinets now due to non arrival of product that I was counting on. I won't order from here again

The paint is great! I’ve used it before, that’s not the issue. The issue is that I had an estimated delivery date of Nov 27th. On Dec 5th I emailed RoysTimelessTreasure because I hadn’t received it. I was told they would look into it and get back to me. Today is Dec 14th still hadn’t heard back so I requested a refund. The refund email came super quick so I’m not sure what’s going on but communication is not where it should be with customers.

Ordered April 20th. It is May 1 (11days) have not recieved it. I paid $4.00 to ship sponges that dont weigh much. Should have been here priority mail in 3-4 days. No communication from seller. I would not buy from them too slow.

The sponge I originally ordered did not arrive. I contacted Rita and she was not only apologetic but super helpful. At no additional cost to me she sent an additional sponge out right away. Not only is the product itself so easy to use and a huge time saver when it comes to finishing projects but this shop is top notch in customer service. I will be using this shop again in the future. Thank you Rita!
