I've been following RozArt for nearly 4 years on Etsy. So thrilled to finally purchase a painting. It's beautiful and I can't wait to buy more!

About

Whimsical Fine Art

All paintings are in oil on stretched canvas - hand-painted by myself.
I use thick heavy brushstrokes & paint. There is lots of textures & layers.
I paint every day - love my studio & the act of creating fun originals!

I am a 20+ year professional and am collected world-wide.
My work has been featured in major movies/tv shows (HGTV), on many blogs (Huffington Post, Young House Love, Apartment Therapy), and in major magazines (recently: Cottages and Bungalows/Fall 2015).

Feel free to contact me with any questions or your ideas for custom pieces.
I sell to private individuals, designers & shop/gallery owners.

Shipping
My paintings are carefully covered in wax paper to protect the oil paint during shipment. They are packed in sturdy boxes, surrounded by (usually) recycled newspaper. This protects the painting and cushions against crushing or piercing of the box during shipment. It is not pretty, and I do not offer gift wrapping - the goal is to get them to you safely!

I ship using Fed Ex (they are far more careful than UPS) or the US Post Office, times will vary depending on where you are located. I ship several times a week, so it is usually pretty fast - 4 days tops.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not sell paintings 'upon approval'. There are galleries, or artists who sell work for thousands who will do this. It means a return is easily done if a client changes their mind and decides the painting doesn't go with their decor. That is not something I can do at these prices!

My work is very affordable and I work hard to have clear photos with close-ups when requested.

If I were to sell upon approval, as an individual artist I would be possibly losing the packing and shipping supply costs, the listing and selling fees, the re-lisiting and re-selling fees and the significant time involved. I could do this of course, but then I would have to raise my prices to protect myself.

Please be sure you would love the painting before you purchase!

I do take returns if a painting is damaged during shipping - but this has happened only once (and at the time I am writing this I've sold over 3000 paintings).
