It is my hope that your shopping experience in my little cyber store will be completely enjoyable, and stress free! I value each and every customer and want you to come back again. To that end I will strive to make your visit as pleasant as possible.
Once payment has been received and cleared, I will make every effort to mail your parcel within 1-3 days. If there is an unforeseen delay, you will be notified immediately.
I prefer PayPal for transactions, but will accept money orders and major credit cards as well.
In addition, I would be happy to set up a personalized Lay-Away payment program for you, to make purchasing even easier!
All purchases will be carefully, and thoughtfully wrapped, to insure safe travel, and arrival at their destination. Unforeseen accidents do happen though, and occasionally packages get lost.
If you are interested in purchasing insurance or signature delivery confirmation, please let me know prior to purchase.
I do ship internationally. If you are an international customer, please contact me for shipping prices. Please note, that any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred, will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will try to be as clear and concise as possible regarding the condition, age and value of the vintage items I sell. Many pieces, have seen many hands, over many years; some have been handled with loving care and some, not so much. I promise to be honest and forthcoming about chips and dings, cracks and crazing, spots and stains, rubs and repairs. If you find something I missed, its because I missed it.
All this said, I sell vintage and antique items that are in vintage condition or better! If I wouldn't buy it myself, I won't sell it!!! I want you to know what you are buying. Please make sure you have all your questions answered before you buy because all purchases are final.
I do not accept returns unless the item is grossly misrepresented, and that will never happen!
