• In some cases, it’s required by law, for example, for tax records.
• I also use your information to improve my services and comply with Etsy rules.

• With Etsy to provide services and follow their rules.
• With trusted partners, like delivery services.

• When required by law, such as responding to legal requests.

• Data Deletion: You can request that your personal information be deleted.
• Data Retention: I keep your information as long as necessary to provide services, comply with the law, and handle issues. Usually, this is about 4 years.

Sometimes your information may be stored or processed outside the EU. When this happens, I ensure your data is protected, for example, by using Privacy Shield for transfers to the US.

Return Policy
• We do not accept returns from countries outside the European Union. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.
• If you receive a defective product or an item that does not match the description, you can request a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Before requesting a refund, please send a private Etsy message with clear, high-quality photos showing the defect or issue. The problem must be clearly visible and explained. If a phone case does not fit your phone model, provide a photo of the case on your phone and a photo of your phone model.
• Refunds may be denied if a customer behaves rudely or inappropriately, regardless of whether the issue was caused by us.
• • If buyer places an order by mistake or changes his/her mind, we cannot accept refund/return/exchange!
• • If a buyer accidentally orders a case for the wrong phone model, we cannot accept refund/return/exchange, since our cases are made on demand.
• • Other than that, feel free to contact us any problems with your order, and we will gladly help you!

Shipping Policy
• We ship orders to the address provided by the customer. If the address is incorrect, no refund will be issued, and the customer is responsible for any additional costs.
• If the delivery company cannot deliver the package to the correct address despite it being accurate, we will work with the delivery service to resolve the issue. However, the customer assumes the risk and any associated costs if delivery cannot be completed.
• If the customer is not home at the time of delivery and the package is returned, no refund will be issued. Redelivery can be arranged for an additional fee.
• Customers are responsible for providing a phone number when placing an order so the delivery service can contact them if needed.
• Delivery times may be affected by customs, unexpected weather, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events beyond our control. These situations may cause delays.
• If you have any questions or concerns, please send us a private message before placing your order.

Product Disclaimer
• Product colors may appear differently on various screens. By purchasing, you accept that the actual color may vary slightly from the images and agree not to make claims regarding minor color differences.
• The camera area of phone cases may differ slightly from the images. Special clip-on lenses may not be compatible. Contact us for specific camera area photos. By purchasing, you agree to accept the case as shown, including variations in camera area, especially for Samsung models.

Feedback Policy
• We value honest feedback, but it must be fair and truthful. Personal attacks, abusive language, and misleading comments are not allowed and violate Etsy policies. Please contact us directly to resolve any issues before leaving feedback.

Other Products
• Our store may offer products other than phone cases. This policy applies to all items available in our store.
