Hello and welcome to my shop!

My name is Jessica, and I have a passion for all things pretty. I grew up in Wisconsin, and moved to Minneapolis after graduating with a degree in Graphic Design. I have always loved creating art, and specialize in typography, stationery design, calligraphy, and screen printing.

I love challenging myself to learn new forms of art, so you will likely see the items in my shop change over time. I am so excited about creating art that other people will love as much as I do!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

Returns and exchange details
If your order has received damage during shipping, please contact me right away so we can find a solution. Returns for any other reason will not be accepted, as all items are individually made.

If you have placed an order for an existing typewritten print, and would like to change your item to another print of the same price, please let me know before the item has been shipped and I can exchange it. If the item has already been shipped, exchanges will not be accepted.
Shipping
Please note the following information regarding default shipping methods from my shop, as of December 2021:

• All hand-typed prints without a frame will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail (1-5 business days) and may or may not provide tracking. If tracking is provided through Etsy for your purchase on these items, please note that it is only tracking a *general* location of where your item is, and therefore is not as specific as other shipping methods. Etsy tracking on these items does not provide an actual trackable code, and the general location of your item can only be followed via Etsy (not USPS). Your order may show as delivered a few days before you actually get your item; if you do not receive your order in-person within five days after it has been marked as delivered, please contact me for assistance.

• All hand-typed prints with a frame will be shipped via USPS First Class Package Service (1-3 business days) and will provide accurate tracking for your specific order.

• All calligraphed envelopes will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) and will also provide accurate tracking for your specific order.

Due to delays the post office has been experiencing over the past two years, I am unable to guarantee exact shipping estimates, but please know that I am doing all I can to get your order to you in a timely manner. Once your order has left my possession, it is simply out of my control and in the hands of the post office, which is unfortunately, almost entirely unpredictable at this time. Please expect to allow an additional buffer of at least a few days to allow for these possible delays. If you do not receive your order within 10 days of your order being initially marked as shipped, please reach out and I can look into it and we can come up with a solution together.
