Rubylea was born in 2016 from the passion of Eini Immonen to create spectacular and feminine accessories.

Turbans and statement headwear is my speciality and creating unique pieces just for you, is my passion. If you have anykind of hat in mind, don´t hesitate to contact me.

Every single piece is made from a scratch at my own studio in Aleksis Kiven katu 38, Helsinki, Finland. You can also find small collection of ready-made items from there, so if you are in Helsinki, you are most welcome to pop by!

Frequently asked questions
Do you make bespoke and custom made items?

I love to make you a bespoke headpiece or customize my own designs to your wishes.

If you wish me to order some specific fabric for you, I will charge extra (amount depends of the cost of the fabric/shipping) and I will make you a custom listing, that needs to be pay in advance. If you choose to cancel your order after payment, I will charge a 20%-50% of the items´ final price, depending of the item.

Production time is from few days to a month(s) depending on the item you wish to have.

Do you ship..?

I do ship worldwide!

Please notice that standard shipping doesn’t have any tracking so if you wish to follow your package, I recommend that you upgrade your shipping status!

Estimated delivery times for domestic shipping is few days, to Europe around a week and to other parts of the world around two weeks. Please notice that if the package gets stuck in customs, the delivery time can be longer and the customer is responsible to pay the custom fees.

Always double check that your address, name etc. delivery info is correct to avoid of losting the package.
If the package comes back to me, the customer is responsible to pay new shipping fees.

The shipping fees that are listed are the actual prices that Finland´s postal service provides.

Sizing details

Stretchy turbans are available in 4 different sizes XS (53-55cm), S (55-57cm), M (58-60cm) and L (60-62cm).
The hight is the same in every size. If you are between the sizes, choose the size if you want to have a bit tighter or looser fit.

”Lana” turbans are made from non-stretchy materials so the size that you order is your head circumference. How to measure it, see the instructions in the listings.
And since the fabric doesn´t stretch, the hair rollers or big hairdos doesn´t fit underneath.

Please contact me if you need any help with choosing the size.

Returning and exchange

If you wish to return or exchange your item, I gladly accept that, just contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back to me within 30 days of delivery.

I hope that you would contact me before you ship the item back, so I know that I should be expecting it.
If the package gets lost on it´s way back, I won´t refund the order, so if you want to be sure that I will receive it, ship it with tracking. I also won’t refund the order if the item is damaged, has any parfume smell, make-up etc.

The customer is responsible for all the shipping fees that comes from returning and exchanging.

Please notice that returning and exchanging possibility doesn´t apply custom made or bespoke orders.

Packages that have been returned to sender

If the package returns to me, because of unpaid custom fees or wrong address for example, the customer is responsible to pay the new shipping costs.

If there is custom made and/ or bespoke items in the package, I will keep 20% of the items price to myself.

Customer is responsible for paying the custom fees and taxes that may aply.
If the package gets back to me and I have to pay custom fees, I will deduct that amount from your balance.
If the package is destroyed in your customs and doesn´t come back to me, I won´t refund the order.
